User-Generated Content Policy

1. What this policy covers
This policy applies to any content users create, upload, edit, generate, publish, or distribute through OMVA, including:
- site names
- business names
- logos
- images
- colours and branding
- domains
- homepage text
- CTAs
- testimonials
- SEO/advice pages
- custom pages
- AI-generated drafts
- ads and marketing claims
- contact details
- social links
2. Rights and permissions
You must own or have permission to use all content you upload or publish. You must not infringe copyright, trademarks, privacy, publicity rights, confidentiality, or other rights.
3. Insurance-related restrictions
You must not publish content that implies you are an insurer, broker, underwriter, adviser, claims handler, or licensed provider unless legally authorised and approved by OMVA.
You must not use insurer logos, partner names, regulator names, licence claims, savings numbers, awards, testimonials, or regulatory badges unless accurate, substantiated, and authorised.
4. Public content
Published sites may be visible to the public and indexed by search engines. You are responsible for ensuring your public content is accurate, lawful, and appropriate.
5. OMVA rights
OMVA may review, scan, moderate, remove, edit, disable, unpublish, suspend, or delete content/sites that breach OMVA terms or create legal/compliance risk.
6. Takedown requests
If you believe content on OMVA infringes your rights, contact support@omva.co.nz with details.
