Commission, Earnings & Payout Terms

Last updated: 2 June 2026

1. Overview

These terms apply to referral commissions, recurring/renewal commissions, bonuses, earnings dashboards, and payouts through OMVA.

2. No guaranteed earnings

OMVA does not guarantee that you will earn any amount. Earnings depend on traffic, customer behaviour, referral tracking, insurer/provider approval, plan terms, policy status, renewal status, fraud checks, and other factors outside OMVA's control.

3. Commission eligibility

A commission may be eligible only if:

  • referral tracking is valid
  • the customer is genuine and eligible
  • the insurer/provider accepts, approves, or pays for the referral/policy where required
  • the referral is not self-referral, fake, duplicate, fraudulent, spam, or prohibited
  • the policy/referral is not cancelled, reversed, rejected, charged back, or invalid
  • the site owner is on an eligible plan and is compliant with OMVA terms
  • OMVA receives the relevant commission or confirmation from the insurer/provider where applicable

4. Renewal/recurring commission

Renewal or recurring commission may be available for some insurers/providers/products. It is not guaranteed. It may stop, change, reverse, or be delayed due to customer cancellation, insurer/provider rules, renewal failure, policy lapse, chargeback, fraud review, or plan changes.

5. Earnings dashboards

Dashboards, estimates, pending amounts, renewal projections, or performance reports are informational only. They may be delayed, estimated, adjusted, reversed, or corrected.

6. Payout provider

OMVA intends to use Wise for payouts where available. Payout availability may depend on Wise support, country, currency, sanctions checks, bank details, identity/compliance review, and local restrictions.

7. Payout threshold and timing

Minimum payout request: NZD $5.00 unless OMVA communicates a different minimum for a specific country, currency, payout method, or promotion.

Payouts are requested by the user from the dashboard and then processed by OMVA after review. OMVA does not guarantee a fixed weekly or monthly payout schedule unless OMVA clearly confirms one for your account or plan.

OMVA may delay payouts for fraud review, compliance checks, insurer/provider confirmation, reversals, chargebacks, missing bank details, payout provider issues, tax review, sanctions review, or technical problems.

8. Payout details

You must provide accurate payout details. OMVA is not responsible for failed, delayed, rejected, or misdirected payments caused by incorrect details you provide.

9. Reversals and deductions

OMVA may reverse, deduct, offset, freeze, or withhold amounts if:

  • a referral is invalid
  • a policy cancels or lapses
  • an insurer/provider reverses or refuses payment
  • customer payment fails
  • fraud, spam, or fake traffic is suspected
  • you breach OMVA terms
  • a payout was made in error
  • a legal, tax, sanctions, or compliance issue exists

10. Taxes

You are responsible for your own tax, GST/VAT, income reporting, invoices, and accounting obligations unless OMVA is legally required to withhold or report something.

11. International payouts

International payouts may involve conversion rates, fees, delays, intermediary banks, compliance screening, sanctions checks, local restrictions, and payout provider limitations.
