Marketplace Terms

1. Marketplace status

Marketplace features may be available on a feature-flagged, invite-only, geography-limited, or account-limited basis. Access to a marketplace page or preview does not guarantee that listing, bidding, buying, selling, transfer, or payout features are available for every user.

2. Marketplace features

Marketplace features may include:

listing OMVA-powered sites for sale
fixed-price listings or auctions
valuation estimates
verified performance snapshots
recurring revenue metrics
buyer acknowledgements
seller disclosures
payout holds
transfer locks
domain status
domain custody or transfer workflows
no customer PII transfer rules

3. No unconditional right to buy or sell

No user has an unconditional right to buy, sell, transfer, or list a site through OMVA. OMVA may restrict marketplace access, listing eligibility, categories, jurisdictions, payout methods, or transfer methods at any time.

4. Future valuation disclaimer

Any future valuation estimate will be historical, data-based, and informational only. It will not be financial advice, investment advice, a guaranteed sale price, or a guarantee of future revenue, renewals, commission, traffic, or buyer results.

5. Customer data

Customer/client/lead personal information will not be sold as part of any site sale. Buyers may receive only approved performance data and operational handover information that does not expose raw customer PII.

6. Domain custody

Domain-included marketplace listings may require OMVA domain custody, registrar verification, transfer locks, or other safeguards before listing or transfer.

7. Payout holds and disputes

Future marketplace sale proceeds may be held, delayed, reversed, frozen, or subject to dispute review depending on marketplace rules.

8. Legal review

Marketplace features remain subject to separate legal, tax, payment, domain, privacy, and consumer-law requirements, and OMVA may change or suspend those features while reviews or compliance updates are underway.
