Domain Terms

1. Launch position
At launch, OMVA does not buy, register, hold, or take custody of domains for users.
Users are responsible for domains they connect to OMVA, including ownership, registrar account access, DNS, renewal, payment, transfer, legal rights, and permissions.
2. Custom domains
OMVA may provide tools or guidance to connect a custom domain to an OMVA-powered site. You remain responsible for:
- buying and renewing the domain
- keeping registrar contact details up to date
- paying registrar fees
- configuring DNS correctly
- maintaining ownership and access
- ensuring you have rights to use the domain
- avoiding trademark infringement or impersonation
3. DNS and propagation
DNS changes may take time and may be affected by your registrar, DNS provider, CDN, SSL, network, or configuration. OMVA does not guarantee DNS propagation times or uninterrupted availability.
4. Domain disputes
OMVA may disconnect, suspend, or refuse domains that appear to infringe rights, impersonate another party, create legal risk, mislead customers, or breach OMVA policies.
5. Future domain purchasing/holding
OMVA may offer domain purchasing, holding, custody, marketplace transfer, or transfer-out features on a limited or feature-flagged basis. Those features may be subject to separate eligibility rules, verification steps, and additional terms.
