AI Content & Generated Copy Policy

1. AI features
OMVA may provide AI-assisted features such as site copy generation, template text, SEO/advice-style drafts, colour/palette suggestions, chat/help, product assistance, error intelligence, and content checks.
2. AI output is draft only
AI-generated content is draft content only. It may be wrong, incomplete, outdated, misleading, legally unsafe, or unsuitable for your site.
You must review, verify, and approve AI-generated content before publishing it.
3. User responsibility
You are responsible for all content you publish, including AI-generated or AI-assisted content. OMVA's safety checks and wording counters help reduce risk but do not guarantee legal compliance.
4. Prohibited AI uses
You must not use AI features to generate or publish:
- financial advice
- insurance advice
- legal advice
- claims advice
- underwriting decisions
- personalised recommendations
- guaranteed savings claims
- guaranteed commission or income claims
- unsupported awards/licensing/regulatory claims
- fake testimonials
- misleading comparisons
- content impersonating insurers, regulators, advisers, or OMVA
5. OMVA review and moderation
OMVA may scan, block, edit, remove, reject, or unpublish AI-generated content that creates legal, insurance, privacy, consumer, brand, or regulatory risk.
6. Data sent to AI providers
When you use AI features, prompts, content, context, and generated outputs may be processed by AI providers such as Groq or future providers. Do not enter sensitive customer, payout, medical, financial, or confidential information into AI tools unless OMVA clearly permits it and appropriate protections are in place.
7. No professional advice
AI output does not constitute legal, financial, insurance, tax, accounting, or professional advice.
